Briana Kozak

A Chicago native, I have gone from working in hospitals as a registered dietitians to teaching children English in Austria and China. During my travels, I have met many interesting people who have taught me how to cook delicious food, live mindfully, and explore my surroundings with the joy of a child. I hope to spread this enthusiasm for living to my readers and inspire others to take a risk and go on the journey you've always been dreaming of.
